Our dedication to serving real BBQ is reflected in our food. All of our meats are slowly cooked over a hickory fire. Our pulled pork is smoked from 16 to 18 hours until it pulls apart by hand. All of our side items and desserts are homemade. We buy local products from local merchants whenever possible.
