From Carolina style BBQ to fully custom catering

Real Food. Real Hospitality.

Real Food.
Real Hospitality.

Harbor Que started with a simple idea: cook real food, do it well, and treat people right.

What began as Carolina-style barbecue has grown into a full-service catering kitchen serving weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private gatherings throughout Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and the greater Baltimore area. While slow-smoked meats are still at the heart of what we do, our team is built to create thoughtful, customized menus for events of all sizes.

We believe good food brings people together — and great service makes it effortless.

Whether you’re booking the food truck, planning a wedding, or organizing a large-scale event, you’ll get the same thing from us every time: food made with care, and a team that shows up ready.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A work function in annapolis had catered them for lunch and I must say, hands down, best pulled chicken you could get! The sides were amazing and everything tasted freshly made. 10 out of 10 service, fast and friendly! Can't wait to take my wife for a second visit!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you're a fan of authentic North Carolina-style BBQ, this food truck is worth a stop. I had the pulled pork, and what really made it stand out was the hot vinegar-based sauce, something that's hard to find around here. The pork was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with that tangy sauce. It's refreshing to find a place that serves true Carolina-style BBQ instead of the usual sweet sauces.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. HarborQue made my mothers 60th party! Everyone raved over the food. The brisket was mouth watering, the chicken was juicy, and the pork was so tender and when you added the Carolina sauce...oh my! The greens taste like Grandmas cooking. There isn't anything that we couldn't rave about it was all amazing, from the sides to all the meats! Not to mention how the delivery and set up! Will definitely use them again!!!
