All of our meats are slowly cooked over a hickory fire. Our pulled pork is smoked for over 14 hours until it pulls apart by hand. We add select spices and apple cider vinegar, then pile it high on a soft roll. Real “big eaters” will ask for creamy cole slaw on top. All of our side items and desserts are homemade. Our dedication to serving real BBQ is reflected in our food. We buy local products from local merchants whenever possible.
