While we’re known for our slow-smoked BBQ, our catering kitchen is built for more than one menu. We work with you to create food that fits your event — from barbecue classics to completely customized options.
Our full-service catering provides professional staff to manage the entire food service portion of your event. Our team handles setup, service, and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy your guests.
We can cater at your home or at the venue of your choice, with optional on-site cooking available.

Typical Staffing
- Chef / Event Manager
- Servers ($50/hr – 4 hour minimum)

Requirements
- Minimum of 50 adults
- $1,500 food minimum
- $1,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date
- Final guest count and payment due 10 business days before the event
